SAP Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA Implementation)

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget (Project Planning and Management).
• Manage and allocate project resources effectively, including internal teams and external vendors (Resource Management).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively resolve problems to minimize impact (Risk and Issue Management).
• Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments, while maintaining alignment with business objectives (Change Management).
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and related parties to ensure smooth project execution (Communication and Coordination).
• Ensure project quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle (Quality Assurance).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related fields
• Minimum 15  year experience in IT environment.
• Minimum 10 year experience in SAP Project Implementation and Leading Team.
• Have PM experience SAP S/4 HANA (Enterprise Resource Planning: ERP) at least 3 full cycle projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Experience in Software Development and Aglie Methodology is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification and/or PMP certification will be considered a strong advantage.
