SAP Project/Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project / Delivery Manager to lead complex SAP S/4 HANA transformation project for a leading organisation based in Melbourne.

This is a senior role for someone who can take ownership of complex SAP delivery, confidently lead multiple workstreams and provide strong governance, commercial and stakeholder leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Own scope, schedule, budget, RAID, resources, dependencies and delivery governance.
• Drive SAP Activate across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and govern gaps, RICEFW and scope decisions.
• Oversee and drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, sprint execution, stand-ups, reviews/playbacks and retrospectives.
• Coordinate SAP configuration, development, integration, testing, data migration and cutover.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders, project leaders and executives.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Provide commercial oversight across project budgets, forecasts and change requests.
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery where applicable.
• Mentor delivery teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with Senior SAP Project Managers, SAP Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters who have:

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise SAP programmes.
• Must have SAP S/4 HANA project delivery experience
• Solid knowledge of SAP Activate and SAP implementation methodology.
• Must have proven experience delivering or overseeing Agile sprints, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Experience managing multiple SAP workstreams.
• Strong project financial and commercial management experience.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge plans, resolve delivery issues and drive outcomes.
• Experience with Jira is a must.
