Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant and SAP Batch Release Hub solutions for Life Sciences organizations, with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC environments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the Pharma industry, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP QM module in production, procurement, and sales processes.

• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratory, and IT teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

• Design, configure, and implement Quality Management (QM) functionalities including:

• Quality planning

• Inspection plans and inspection lots

• Sampling procedures and sample drawing processes

• Configuration of inspection types

• Dynamic modification rules

• Manage and maintain quality certificates, notifications, and info records.

• Oversee batch management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration with SAP PP/MM/SD/PM.

• Configure release decision workflows, business rules, and release checks.

• Integrate SAP BRH with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

• Analyze and troubleshoot BRH-related issues.

• Support production environments and continuous process improvements.

• Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.

• Support operational and administrative processes in a regulated GxP environment, ensuring compliance with GxP requirements.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, relevant experience in SAP QM and SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) for Life Sciences with hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA and ECC.
• Understanding of quality management and batch release processes.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes in the process manufacturing industry. Experience in life science industry would be preferred.
• Ability to configure and customize QM functionalities to meet business needs.
• Experience with APIs and system integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
