SAP QM Functional Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a SAP QM Functional Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will focus on supporting quality management system migrations and enhancements across complex enterprise application environments. The analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. Success in this position will depend on delivering integrated, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement migration of quality management systems with enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and define enhancements
• Lead and support projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and internal teams for integrated solutions
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize application performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (both ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration
• Proven experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications for solutions
• Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes
