SAP RCM ONB

s a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
• Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for integration and data developments
• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
• Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations for Recruitment & Onboarding modules)
• Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) projects
• Experience leading client workshops
• Creation of documentation and training materials
• Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
