Talent Modules Lead

RCM, PMGM, Onboarding

Role Purpose
Own and evolve Talent related SuccessFactors modules , supporting Burberry s hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes across run and change activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own run and change for Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Onboarding
• Resolve functional incidents and delivery impacting defects
• Design and implement minor enhancements , template changes, and workflow updates
• Support hiring campaigns, onboarding waves, and performance cycles
• Manage role based permissions, workflow logic, and configuration changes
• Partner with EC Lead on employee lifecycle driven enhancements
• Support testing, release validation, and regression activities
• Maintain functional documentation and operational knowledge

Mandatory Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (mandatory)
• Experience in PMGM and/or Onboarding
