SAP RTR Process Lead

We are looking for a skilled SAP RTR Process Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience and a strong background in E-Learning/EdTech industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP RTR processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
• Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP RTR processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP RTR modules and functionalities.
