About the role

This role involves process analysis, system implementation, and training support. You will gather business requirements, map workflows, and design system blueprints. You will configure, customize, and deploy SAP Business One to ensure alignment with client operations. You will conduct user training, provide system demos, and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.

About you

• Accountancy or any Business Related Course qualification
• Average grade of not less than 90% / 85% in Major Subjects (3rd to 4th year college)
• 0 - 5 years of related experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between technical teams and business users
• Business acumen
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other similar tools
• Problem-solver with pragmatist and theorist decision-making style
• Adaptable and proactive
• Physical, emotional, and mental resilience
