SAP S/4HANA Project Coordinator

About the role

To collaborate with Project team and production planning team to track and follow-up all test case phases and relevant tasks/activities related to SAP S/4 HANA project. To assist in providing additional hands-on training on the SAP S/4 HANA system change related to production planning team with the Fiori apps. To assist in SAP S/4 HANA project on UAT for production planning team, if required. To support production planning team and troubleshoot on any issues that arise after SAP S/4 HANA deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow-up all test case phases and relevant tasks/activities related to SAP S/4 HANA project
• Provide additional hands-on training on the SAP S/4 HANA system change to production planning team with Fiori apps
• Assist in SAP S/4 HANA project UAT for production planning team, if required
• Support production planning team and troubleshoot issues after SAP S/4 HANA deployment
• Partner with business SMEs, process owners, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate cross-functional testing activities across multiple business workstreams
• Prepare management updates, executive summaries, and project status reports

About you

• Preferably 3-5 years hands-on experience in SAP ERP and S/4 HANA system, especially related to PTF track on production planning (Execute production & Manage Rework / Product Disposition) transactions
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes
• Ability to multi-task in high energy and fast-paced environment with critical and tight schedule
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills
• Ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities at all levels within an organization
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
