About the Role:

DXC Technology is seeking an SAP S/4HANA WM Support Lead with deep, hands-on expertise across Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), and Logistics (LM) to support and delivery for our Enterprise Applications - ETP & SAP practice. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the full supply chain landscape, spanning Warehouse Management, Procurement, Contracts Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Sales & Distribution, with a primary focus on WM-MM-LM.

As the consultant of the delivery team, you will serve as a hands-on application expert, driving project deliverables from baseline configuration through functional design, testing, and user acceptance. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues, reconcile business requirements with standard system functionality, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

This is a Leadership-oriented role that combines deep technical SAP expertise with client-facing responsibilities, including design workshops, managing functional team deliverables, and building strong relationships with key executives and subject matter experts. The role offers the opportunity to shape supply chain solutions on both small and large-scale projects while contributing to the broader knowledge base of the SAP Practice.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide Tier 2 support across the full supply chain landscape, including Warehouse Management, Procurement, Contracts Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Sales & Distribution, with a focus on WM-MM-LM

• Prepare project deliverables such as Baseline Configuration (IMG/SPRO) and system integrations as a hands-on application expert

• Develop benefits realization strategies, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master lists (BPML), business process design documents, process maps, control matrices, and testing scenarios

• Ensure smooth business operations across the full supply chain management landscape

• Write functional specifications leveraging expert-level understanding of SAP standard tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs

• Design workshops with clients to define and refine solution requirements

• Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget

• Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality

• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional networks

• Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP hands-on experience in implementation and support

• Focused hands-on expertise in WM, MM, and LM

• At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience

• At least 3 end-to-end SAP ECC implementation experiences

• Experience writing functional specifications with expert-level understanding of SAP standard Tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs

• Good understanding and knowledge of workflows

• Ability to a delivery team on both small and large projects

• Ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality

Other Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus preferred
