Sap Sales Distribution Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Metal Pricing and SAP SD sales processes. You will combine business and process consulting, solution design, SAP SD functional design and customizing in a complex manufacturing environment.

🚀 Project

• prepare and present SAP SD solutions for customer workshops and solution hearings

• analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SD processes and solution designs

• lead the design of pricing and Metal Pricing processes, including business rules and dependencies

• create functional designs and configure SAP SD customizing

• support implementation, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer

• work with business stakeholders, developers and other delivery teams to align the solution

• contribute to a future-state SAP template and support its adoption across the programme

🎯 Skills

• senior SAP SD experience, especially in pricing and sales processes

• proven hands-on project experience with Metal Pricing in SAP; generic SAP SD pricing alone is not sufficient

• strong business and process consulting skills with experience in solution or process design

• SAP SD customizing capability and the ability to configure designed solutions functionally

• experience with SAP transformation or implementation projects and customer communication

• German at C1 level and English at B2 level

• willingness to work 25–50% on site, mainly in Austria and occasionally in other countries

• availability for approximately 50–75% capacity over an engagement of around 18 months

💡 Nice to have

• cable and wire harness industry experience

• automotive or manufacturing experience where metal prices affect product pricing

• customer hearings, pre-sales or solution presentations

• experience with configurable products or commodity-linked pricing
