SAP SD Business Analyst-Ecc

Job Responsibilities

• Provide global L2 support for SAP SD/LE and ensure SLA compliance.
• Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, consignment, and intercompany transactions.
• Analyze, design, and standardize SAP SD business processes aligned with global templates.
• Develop functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support SAP GTS integration for export/import compliance and cross-border logistics.
• Manage automotive EDI/IDoc integrations with OEMs and troubleshoot interface issues.
• Support logistics execution, including deliveries, PGI, warehouse integration, and RF systems.
• Configure and maintain pricing, customer master data, output management, and labeling solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, and external applications.
• Drive process improvements, global rollouts, and continuous optimization of SAP SD solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD/LE, Pricing, Billing, EDI/IDoc, and RICEFW.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, PP, EWM, and SAP GTS.
• Background in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global support environments with L2 support exposure.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
