About the role
Lead SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities across end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Customer Master processes
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications
- Work closely with business and technical teams
- Manage SAP SD integration with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM and other modules
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production issues
- Provide functional leadership and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive process improvements and SAP optimization initiatives
