SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

• Configure and support:

• Inquiry & Quotations

• Sales Orders

• Deliveries

• Billing

• Pricing

• Credit Management

• Returns & Rebates

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.

• Manage SD integrations with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM.

SAP CS (Customer Service)

• Configure and support:

• Service Notifications

• Service Orders

• Contracts & Warranties

• Installed Base Management

• Resource Planning

• Repair & Maintenance Processes

• Support after-sales service and field service processes.

• Design service management solutions aligned with business requirements.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and rollout projects.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams.
• Drive solution design discussions.
• Handle client escalations and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior consultants.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support
