SAP SD Configuration

• Order-to-Cash cycle (Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management)
• Master data: Customer, Material, Customer-Material Info, Pricing Conditions
• Shipping, transportation, route determination, output determination
• Taxation and pricing procedures
• Intercompany sales and third-party order processing
• Interface experience from Salesforce to SAP P20, BPP, QTC systems

1. Requirement Gathering Fit-Gap Analysis

• Strong business process knowledge in Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications

1. Documentation Training

• Functional design documentation (FDDs), test scripts, end-user training

1. Project Delivery

• Experience with full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies

1. Communication Stakeholder Management

• Strong client-facing skills for workshops and presentations
• Cross-team collaboration with business and technical teams
