SAP SD Support

Responsibilities ;

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD users and business processes.

• Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.

• Analyze problems and identify the root cause of system issues.

• Support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including:

  • Sales Order
  • Delivery
  • Billing
  • Pricing
  • Customer Master Data

• Troubleshoot SAP SD configuration and transaction-related issues.

• Coordinate with ABAP, MM, FI, and other technical/functional teams when required.

• Perform testing and UAT after system changes or fixes.

• Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and user guides.

• Provide user guidance and training when necessary.

• Monitor recurring issues and recommend system improvements.

• Support SAP S/4HANA SD processes and post-go-live operations.

Qualifications ;

• At least 3 years of SAP module (SD) system support experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of SAP systems (S4HANA or ECC).
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer or end-users service skills.
• Good communication in English both of written and spoken.
