SAP Security

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security professional to join our team as a Security Managed Services Practitioner.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Security, overseeing security service delivery and working with multiple teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient SAP environments. You will be involved in security decision-making, risk management, access control, and the development of solutions to complex security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME in SAP Security and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver security services effectively.
• Make and support key security-related decisions.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to address security requirements and challenges.
• Develop solutions to security problems that may impact multiple teams or environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align security strategies with organizational objectives.
• Monitor security service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and client expectations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and support the development of team members' technical skills.
• Assess security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support the analysis and response to security incidents within SAP environments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in SAP Security.
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP Security.
• Strong understanding of access control and identity management within enterprise systems.
• Experience designing and implementing security policies and procedures for SAP environments.
• Knowledge of information security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience in SAP security risk assessment and mitigation.
• Ability to analyze security incidents and develop effective response plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in managed services or client-facing environments.
• Experience providing technical leadership or acting as an SAP Security SME.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional security initiatives.
