SAP Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Manager to manage and deliver security services across client environments. The role focuses on ensuring the security, compliance, access controls, and operational resilience of SAP environments.

The role will serve as a subject matter expert, working with security and technology teams to address complex SAP security issues, make team-level decisions, and provide solutions that support multiple teams and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for SAP Security and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of SAP security managed services .
• Oversee security operations across client SAP environments.
• Make technical and operational decisions related to SAP security services.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve security-related issues.
• Design and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and controls .
• Manage SAP access controls, roles, authorizations, and identity management .
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor security service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and client expectations.
• Analyze security incidents and support the development of effective response and remediation plans.
• Ensure SAP environments meet applicable security, compliance, and regulatory requirements .
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align security strategies with business and client requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and develop the technical capabilities of team members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience .
• 10–12 years of overall professional experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in SAP Security .
• Strong understanding of:
• SAP Access Controls
• SAP Roles and Authorizations
• Identity and Access Management
• Security Policies and Procedures
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Security Incident Response
• Experience designing and implementing SAP security controls and policies .
• Knowledge of information security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements .
• Experience working in a managed services / client-facing environment is highly relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to act as an SME and provide technical direction to a team .
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to make decisions and provide solutions affecting multiple teams.
• Willing to work in a rotational shift schedule and hybrid setup in Mandaluyong/Cubao/BGC
