What You'll Do:

Responsibilities: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in SAP Security is required. Intermediate proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP Identity and Access Management, and Testing Process and Quality Improvement is recommended. Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience. Lead cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Implement best practices for application configuration and support to ensure system reliability. Conduct training sessions for team members on new features and tools to foster knowledge sharing. Analyze system performance metrics and propose enhancements to optimize application functionality.ECC redesign
