We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst to support and secure a complex SAP ecosystem, ensuring users have the appropriate access to perform their job functions while maintaining compliance with security and governance standards. This role is responsible for SAP user and role administration, access risk analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD) management, authorization troubleshooting, and ongoing support of SAP GRC processes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and technical teams to deliver secure, efficient access management solutions across both on-premise and cloud-based SAP platforms.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting SAP security within environments that include SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and related SAP applications. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting audit, compliance, and operational objectives. Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Access Risk Management, and user access review processes is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain SAP user accounts and security roles

• Support end users with SAP access and authorization issues

• Troubleshoot security and access-related incidents

• Administer and support SAP GRC Access Control and Access Risk Management

• Create, modify, and maintain SAP security roles

• Coordinate periodic user access reviews and compliance activities

• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets

• Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures

• Support multiple SAP platforms, including:

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP BW/4HANA

• SAP Fiori

• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

• SAP BTP

• SAP Cloud ALM

• SAP SaaS applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field

• 5+ years of SAP technical experience

• 3+ years of SAP Security experience

• Experience with:

• SAP user and role administration

• SAP authorization troubleshooting

• SAP GRC Access Control

• SAP GRC Risk Management

• SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and Fiori environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Willingness to continuously learn new SAP and security technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• IT Audit experience
• SAP certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
