CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Security Architect to support enterprise SAP security architecture, identity governance, and access management initiatives.

This opportunity is designed for an accomplished SAP Security professional who brings deep, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Fiori Security, SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).

The ideal candidate has progressed beyond traditional SAP security administration into enterprise architecture, security strategy, authorization design, and governance leadership. You should be comfortable designing scalable security frameworks, solving complex access control challenges, and collaborating with business and technology leaders across large SAP environments.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise SAP security architecture across SAP S/4HANA environments.

Architect and optimize SAP S/4HANA authorization models, business roles, technical roles, and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.

Design and administer SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, spaces, pages, business roles, and OData service authorizations.

Lead SAP GRC Access Control initiatives involving Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).

Support SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) architecture, access governance, and risk management.

Establish and maintain segregation of duties (SoD) controls, access risk mitigation strategies, and compliant authorization structures.

Partner with SAP functional teams, Basis, infrastructure, identity management, and business stakeholders to align security architecture with enterprise requirements.

Support SAP security activities across implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

Provide architectural direction, technical mentorship, security documentation, and guidance on SAP security best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive SAP Security experience, including significant responsibility for architecture and solution design.

Demonstrated experience designing SAP Security architecture within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing SAP Fiori Security.

Advanced expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, including role governance, risk analysis, and SoD controls.

Practical implementation or administration experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).

Proven expertise in SAP authorization concepts, role design, access provisioning, and enterprise security frameworks.

Experience translating security and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to lead architectural discussions with technical and business audiences.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP environments with complex security and compliance requirements.

Highly Desirable Experience

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security and cloud identity services.

SAP Cloud Identity Services, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).

Security integration involving SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other SAP cloud applications.

SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, or enterprise modernization programs.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration and automated provisioning.

SAP audit readiness, security remediation, and compliance initiatives.

Experience supporting consumer packaged goods, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments.

Experience with global SAP implementations involving multiple business units, regions, or organizational structures.
