SAP Security Specialist (Manager level)

The Security Managed Services Practitioner oversees and delivers comprehensive security services tailored to client environments, providing continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain operational resilience. The role acts as an SME who manages the team, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and aligns security strategies with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security strategies with organizational goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor security service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and client expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Security (expert proficiency required) — verify the years are specifically in SAP Security, not general SAP functional/technical or general IT security work.

• Strong understanding of access control mechanisms and identity management within enterprise systems — hands-on with user access provisioning, roles/authorizations, and identity management in SAP landscapes.

• Experience designing and implementing security policies and procedures for SAP environments — evidence of building policy/procedure, plus familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to information security.

• Risk assessment and incident handling specific to SAP, with SME leadership — proficiency in SAP-specific risk mitigation strategies, ability to analyze security incidents and develop response plans; responsible for team decisions, cross-functional coordination, knowledge sharing, and monitoring service delivery against client expectations.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
