Job Description SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong functional expertise and endtoend project implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Compensation module configuration, business process understanding, and handson experience in managing complex compensation cycles for global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for SuccessFactors Compensation module.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and design scalable Compensation solutions.
• Configure and maintain Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
• Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Variable Pay, etc.).
• Conduct design workshops, prepare functional specifications, test configurations, and support UAT.
• Develop documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
• Provide expert-level production support and resolve complex issues within SLA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data loads, integrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with business policies, audit requirements, and SuccessFactors recommended practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1013 years total experience, with minimum 10 years in SAP (SuccessFactors).

• Must have 3+ end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Compensation.

• Valid SuccessFactors Compensation Certification mandatory.

• Strong expertise in configuring Compensation Worksheets, Budgets, Guidelines, and Rewards Planning.

• Hands-on experience with:

• EC Integration

• Compensation Eligibility Rules

• Currency Handling & Exchange Rules

• Executive Compensation Scenarios

• Knowledge of Variable Pay and PMGM will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and clientfacing skills.
