SAP Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect with 18+ years of experience in SAP implementation, solution design, transformation, and integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP architecture, business process optimization, and end-to-end solution delivery across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture, including design, implementation, integration, and deployment.

• Define SAP solution roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and senior management to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Drive SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, system conversions, upgrades, and migrations, as applicable.

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party applications using appropriate integration technologies.

• Establish architecture governance, design standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

• Identify technical risks, resolve complex architectural challenges, and ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 18+ years of overall SAP experience, with significant experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, SAP implementation methodologies, and end-to-end business processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC; exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, and integration technologies is an advantage.

• Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations, transformation programs, and complex system integrations.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architecture decisions in complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules or architecture areas.

• Experience in global SAP programs and multi-system landscapes.

• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and enterprise integration patterns.
