Title: SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) Lead

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) Lead will join the Application Managed Services (AMS) team to drive end-to-end delivery for S2S system enhancements, stabilization, and process optimization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams to resolve operational bottlenecks across procurement and accounts payable functions.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate operational pain points, process inefficiencies, and reporting gaps across the Source-to-Settle spectrum.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for S2S enhancements and stabilization, covering requirements gathering, functional design, technical coordination, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare.
• Support stabilization and optimization across vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions/orders, non-PO invoice processing, workflow approvals, and AP reconciliations.
• Oversee Ariba integrations and upstream/downstream interfaces to maintain operational visibility and seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with AMS, project, reporting, integration, and business units to align delivery efforts and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Assist with backlog prioritization, effort sizing, defect resolution, and long-term S2S roadmap planning.
