• As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, configuring the system to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support for the Employee Central module

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the Employee Central module
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP SuccessFactors configurations
• Implementation and Configuration:Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on the identified requirements
• Customize data models, workflows, business rules, and other EC functionalities
• Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities for employee data
• Validate and cleanse data during the migration process
• Integration:Configure integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SAP modules or external systems
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow
• Employee Central Payroll Integration:Work on the integration of Employee Central with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, if applicable
• Workflow Automation:Implement workflow automation within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to streamline HR processes
• Utilize Business Rules and Workflow tools for process automation
• User Training:Provide training to HR and end-users on using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Create documentation and user guides for Employee Central usage
• Support and Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions
• System Upgrades and Enhancements:Stay informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates and releases
• Plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Implement best practices and optimize configurations
