Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant

Experience Range: 7+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Management modules, along with hands-on experience in implementing workforce time management processes including Clock In/Clock Out, attendance management, overtime calculation, and compliance-driven time recording solutions.

The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Business Stakeholders, Integration Teams, and Technical Resources to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce time management solutions while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center (ISC) for business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

• Analyze and translate business requirements related to time recording, attendance, absences, overtime, labor compliance, and workforce scheduling into functional solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Management solutions.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time types, time profiles, break schedules, valuation rules, and time recording profiles.
• Design and implement Clock In/Clock Out processes, time event collections, and time valuation logic.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional and configuration documentation.

Intelligent Services Center (ISC)

• Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
• Design and implement event-driven HR workflows and business process automation.
• Enable and support cross-module event triggers across Employee Central, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Configure automated notifications, alerts, task assignments, and integration events using ISC.
• Troubleshoot event propagation issues, workflow execution failures, and business rule configurations.

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Create functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect Intelligent Services events with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP ERP, Payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations related to time management and payroll processing.
• Ensure data consistency and compliance across integrated systems.

Testing & Deployment

• Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
• Support data migration, deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Validate solution quality and compliance with business requirements.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Investigate and resolve configuration issues, system defects, and user-reported incidents.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide production support and ensure system stability.
• Conduct end-user, administrator, and support team training sessions.
• Develop knowledge transfer materials and user guides.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center (ISC).

• Event-Based Process Automation

Integration Experience

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with:
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
• Payroll Systems
• Third-Party Applications
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and integration design principles.

Testing & Documentation

• Experience preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Strong experience performing SIT, UAT, and production support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Management, or Time Tracking preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Time Management/Time Tracking implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
