Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Expected to work during UK business hours.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SF Compensation Variable Pay.
• Strong understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.
• Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Configure and maintain Compensation Variable Pay module.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with HR and integration teams. - Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.
• Configure **SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation** templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
• Design and manage **bonus plans**, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.
• Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.
• Template Provisioning Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.
• Route Maps Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.
• Rating Sources Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.
• Eligibility Rules Building business rules to filter employee inclusion.
• Guideline Matrix Setting up matrices based on performance, country, and ratio.
• Custom Fields Creating calculated columns using conditional logic (IF/THEN/ELSE).
• Comp Functions Utilizing functions like toNumber, lookup, and date formulas
• Currency Conversion Managing multi-currency tables and conversion rate dates.
• Budgeting Logic Designing budget groups based on custom roll-up hierarchies.
