SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to join our NSW SAP Transformation Program and play a key role in implementation, testing and transition of our enterprise HR technology landscape.
• Working closely with HR Systems, Payroll, IT, project teams and vendors, you will support Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), testing, data validation and integrated workforce processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and evidence.
• Support end-to-end hire-to-retire testing across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central and ECP.
• Execute SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Investigate and support defect resolution.
• Support payroll validation, reconciliation and parallel testing.
• Perform data validation and migration readiness activities.
• Support cutover, deployment readiness and hypercare.

About You

• Minimum 2 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience executing SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR master data.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Highly Regarded

• Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
• SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
• UKG, Workforce Management or Time & Attendance exposure.
• Mining, resources or complex operational workforce experience.
