Mandatory Requirements:

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management experience
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management + EC Core certifications
• S/4HANA HCM Time Management certification required
• 4+ end-to-end Time Tracking/HCM implementations
• 5+ support projects
• Strong experience in Time Valuation, RPTIME00, PCRs, overtime, premium pay
• Experience with PTP, CPI, EC Payroll, BAdIs, CATS, Project Systems
• Hybrid SuccessFactors + S/4HANA architecture experience
• Time-data migration, balances, accruals and cutover experience
• Experience with Story Reports, People Analytics / S/4HANA analytics
• Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management and mentoring skills
• Willingness to travel as required

Key Requirement: Senior SAP Time Management / Time Tracking Solution Architect with strong SuccessFactors + S/4HANA HCM experience, complex global implementations, integrations, valuations and migration experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
