SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant

Position Overview
The SAP SCM Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions to improve supply chain efficiency, data accuracy, and overall business performance. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SAP SCM capabilities effectively support the organization’s supply chain processes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SAP Supply Chain Management strategies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure supply chain processes are effectively integrated with overall business operations.
Analyze existing supply chain processes and performance using SAP reporting and analytics tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Lead SAP SCM module configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
Ensure SAP SCM solutions are properly aligned with business requirements, process standards, and operational needs.
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to SAP users and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and facilitate user training on SAP SCM applications, processes, and best practices.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and SAP-generated data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Support supply chain planning and forecasting activities, ensuring that accurate and timely data is maintained within the SAP system.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of SAP-enabled supply chain processes.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in SAP ERP and related SAP applications, particularly in supply chain processes.
Experience in SAP SCM implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and/or system support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP-enabled supply chain solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willing to work onsite.
