SAP Support Analyst

Role Description The SAP Support Analyst role is a full-time, remote position responsible for providing functional and technical support for SAP, with a focus on SAP FICO. The analyst will handle day-to-day issue resolution, troubleshoot system errors, and respond to user support requests. Typical responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying system improvements, documenting requirements, and coordinating with implementation or development teams as needed. The role also involves monitoring system performance, assisting with testing and validation of changes, and ensuring that SAP solutions align with business needs and compliance requirements. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain support documentation, and contribute to continuous process optimization.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret business requirements and data trends.
• Hands-on experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting in SAP environments.
• Understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization in an enterprise setting.
• Practical experience with SAP FICO configuration, support, and end-user assistance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with business and technical teams.
• Attention to detail, organized work habits, and ability to manage multiple support requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in SAP support, helpdesk, or application support roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar support frameworks and ticketing tools is an advantage.
