SAP Support Analyst

About the role

SAP Basis & HANA Support Analyst to join a global application support team responsible for supporting and maintaining Company's SAP S/4HANA RISE landscape and SAP HANA Cloud database. The role combines SAP Basis administration, system support, incident resolution, performance optimization, system lifecycle management, and technical consulting to ensure stable and secure SAP operations globally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for SAP S/4HANA RISE and SAP HANA Cloud database
• Analyze and resolve issues related to support or project development
• Learn and maintain configuration and customization settings which are the basis for the global design
• Utilize SAP Support Portal as a source of correction for reported problems and coordinate maintenance activities on SAP S/4 HANA RISE
• Provide consultation to program development resources regarding program development and corrections
• Perform initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements
• Manage configuration updates or changes through change management process using SAP Support Portal and ServiceNow
• Build, configure, and administer SAP systems and output-related solutions according to enterprise standards
• Prepare newly deployed systems for the organization (e.g. Certificate, Trusted systems, SNC, SSO, SAP HANA setup, SAP Cloud Connector and Transport Management Systems (TMS) initial set up)
• Provide regular system maintenance services (e.g. maintain RFC, SAP Profiles, File system cleanup, login groups/load balancing)
