What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end users on SAP FICO, MM, SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve material management issues related to inventory control, procurement, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using SAP FICO modules.
- Analyze data reports and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in SAP MM/SD module support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP FICO (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).
- Experience working with end-users in an IT services environment.
