About the Opportunity:

The SAP SUPPORT SPECIALIST role is designed to provide first-line technical assistance for SAP and related enterprise applications. This position is essential for ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering high-quality customer service to end users. By supporting SAP system operations and collaborating with business stakeholders, the specialist plays a critical role in maintaining optimal system performance and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules.
• Manage SAP User Management tasks including user access and role assistance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform maintenance activities.
• Document support actions, system updates, and create user guides.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
