• Work mode: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise application initiatives.
• Manage projects across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, and Finance & Supply Chain applications.
• Drive SAP CPI, PI/PO, integration, migration, and modernisation initiatives.
• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, developers, business analysts, and testers.
• Manage delivery governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery practices.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Ensure application stability, service continuity, security, and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and modernisation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Delivery / Program / Project Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Strong exposure to SAP CPI / Cloud Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
• Experience delivering solutions across Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Knowledge of incident, change, and release management.

Good to Have

• SAP PI/PO to CPI migration experience.
• SAP Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, or BlackLine exposure.
• Cloud Integration and API Management.
• Power BI, AI, Copilot, or automation initiatives.
• SAFe, Agile, ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications.
