SAP Technical Leader

We are looking for an SAP Technical Leader to join us in México City.

The SAP Technical Lead will be responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy, architecture, integration, and governance of the SAP ecosystem. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions that support business objectives in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, integration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP platforms, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP projects, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and system operations.
• Oversee SAP development, integrations, and technical standards across technologies such as ABAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, APIs, and Integration Suite.
• Ensure system performance, security, reliability, and effective change and release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver business-focused SAP solutions.
• Support compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, CSV/CSA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in complex, integrated environments.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP Architecture, SAP Integration, SAP BTP, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Basis, SAP Security/GRC, or SAP HANA.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, vendors, and SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, ABAP for HANA, CDS Views, RAP, and SAP HANA.
• APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, IDocs, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
• GxP/GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV/CSA, Data Integrity, CAPA, and Change Control.
