SAP Technical Project Manager

• This is an opportunity to take ownership of key enterprise applications, including SAP, Microsoft AX and ERP platforms, while delivering technology projects that improve business performance and user experience.
• Working closely with the Head of IT and business stakeholders, you will lead projects end to end, identify automation opportunities and ensure applications remain efficient, compliant and aligned with business needs

Description

• Lead IT and enterprise application projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and budgets.
• Own and optimise key business applications, including SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX, while supporting application lifecycle management.
• Partner with business functions to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions, providing recommendations on adoption, upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Support IT governance through vendor management, reporting, budgeting, compliance and the development of robust policies and procedures

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years' experience within IT project management, enterprise applications or a closely related environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and ERP environments, including Microsoft AX.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering IT projects alongside managing operational technology requirements.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous
