SAP Testing TCoE Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Test Strategy, Estimation, Planning, and Governance
• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation, and Performance Testing
• Oversee end-to-end test delivery and sign-off activities
• Drive testing metrics, dashboards, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
• Manage test environments, test data readiness, and requirement traceability
• Lead offshore testing teams and resource planning activities
• Ensure scalability, automation coverage, and quality standards across projects
• Work closely with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and reports in Azure DevOps (ADO)
