SAP TM Functional Lead

Overview:

• Good experience in 1 or more modules in Functional Area of S4 (OTC, P2P, R2R, Transport Management and Manufacturing modules )
• Knowledge of S4 for objects in their Functional Areas
• Able to determine data requirements from process/solution documentation
• Experience writing functional specifications
• It is assumed they will have good proficiency in MS Excel
• We are seeking a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with a minimum of 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing SAP TM solutions, configuring TM modules, and providing expert guidance on transportation management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and recommend solutions.
• Customize SAP TM functionalities to optimize transportation planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP TM systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to end-users and project teams.
• Stay updated with SAP TM advancements and best practices to propose continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP TM implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM functionalities including transportation planning, freight order management, and carrier selection.
• Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, integration with other SAP modules (like SAP ERP), and third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• SAP TM certification(s) preferred.
