• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve training quality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, SAP functional consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with project goals and user needs.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of training materials, session plans, and learner progress.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum [10] years of experience as an SAP Instructional Trainer.
  • Proven expertise in using SAP EnableNow for creating and delivering training content.
  • Broad knowledge of various SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, HR, PP).
• Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
