Mandatory Skills

• 58 years of experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
• Strong expertise in US Payroll processing and configuration.
• Payroll Schema & PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) expertise is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with TUBS (Tax Update Bulletins).
• Experience working with BSI Tax Factory.
• Experience in ADP Quarterly File Testing (Advantage).
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll statutory compliance (Federal, State, Local Taxes).
• Experience in Off-Cycle Payroll, Retro Payroll, Year-End Payroll, and Payroll Corrections.
• Good understanding of Payroll Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound interfaces, monitoring, troubleshooting, and file processing).
• Experience in Payroll Control Records, Wage Types, Payroll Areas, Payroll Posting, and Payroll Processing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
