Sap Vim Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, SAP FI/MM integration, and invoice processing workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP VIM implementation, configuration, application support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage PO-based and Non-PO invoice processing, validation, and exception handling.
• Work on VIM workflow configuration, invoice approval processes, and document processing.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and monitor workflow execution.
• Support SAP FI/MM integration and resolve invoice posting-related issues.
• Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-based activities.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve invoice processing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM / OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM configuration and invoice processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Good understanding of SAP FI/MM integration.
• Experience in workflow monitoring, exception handling, and invoice troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, or production support projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
