SAP Vistex V4 Solution Architect – Contracts & Chargebacks

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Solution Architect with strong

expertise in Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP), particularly Contracts, Chargebacks, Rebates, and Billbacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support end-to-end Vistex Contracts & Chargeback processes
• Configure condition techniques, pricing procedures, scales, and settlement calendars
• Manage chargeback claim validation, accrual, reconciliation, and settlement
• Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO
• Lead implementations, enhancements, UAT, hypercare, and production support
• Troubleshoot pricing, settlement discrepancies, and profit leakage
• Support month-end/year-end Vistex activities
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials

Must-Have Skills

• 10–15 years SAP experience
• 8+ years hands-on SAP Vistex IP experience
• Strong experience with Contracts, Chargebacks, Rebates & Billbacks
• Strong understanding of accrual and settlement processes
• Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD/MM/FI-CO
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Pharmaceutical or wholesale distribution experience

• Knowledge of WAC, 340B, GPO/IDN contract structures
• Vistex V4 / Vistex+ architecture experience
• Basic ABAP debugging
• Vistex Analytics / SAP BW / SAC experience
• SAP or Vistex certification

Hybrid with some travel to Dallas, Texas, USA
