Partner with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and change management teams.
Conduct user journey analysis to identify adoption gaps and process improvement opportunities.
Create and execute testing plans for WalkMe deployments.
Monitor adoption analytics and provide actionable insights.
Support release management activities and content updates resulting from SAP enhancements.
Prepare user documentation and training materials.
Ensure WalkMe solutions align with organizational governance and security standards.
