该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. 参与SAP S/4HANA系统实施，负责销售与分销管理相关信息化及流程推进；对新需求和功能优化进行方案评估，出具系统解决方案并按项目进度实施；撰写并更新SD模块的业务蓝图、流程文档、功能说明书等项目文档。 Participate in the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system and drive the digitalization and process improvement of sales and distribution management. Analyze and assess new business requirements and system optimization requests, design application solutions, and implement them according to the project plan. Prepare and update SD module business blueprints, process documents, functional specifications, and other project documentation. 2. 负责SD模块的后台配置。 Responsible for the configuration of the SD module. 3. 负责SD模块的日常运维，及时处理模块问题，支撑公司核心业务流程。 Responsible for the daily operation and support of the SD module, timely troubleshooting, and support of the company’s core business processes. 4. 负责SD模块系统变更测试，并提供测试报告。 Responsible for testing SD module system changes and providing test reports. 5. 配合关键用户归纳总结SD模块日常运行中出现的问题及报错，定期更新知识库；负责SD模块用户培训及知识传递。 Work with key users to summarize issues and errors arising from daily SD operations, regularly update the knowledge base, and provide SD module user training and knowledge transfer. 6. 持续关注公司销售管理流程，提出改进和优化建议，并协助项目经理完成专项任务。 Continuously review the company’s sales management processes, propose improvements and optimizations, and assist the project manager with specific assignments. 任职资格: 1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、市场营销或相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, marketing, or a related field. 2. 熟悉SAP SD模块的业务逻辑及后台配置；具备5年或以上SAP项目实施或运维经验，以及至少3个完整SAP实施项目经验；熟悉最新版本SAP S/4HANA者优先。 Familiar with the business logic and configuration of the SAP SD module; at least five years of SAP implementation or operation experience and experience in at least three full-cycle SAP implementation projects; familiarity with the latest version of SAP S/4HANA is preferred. 3. 熟练掌握销售管理业务流程，精通三方及多方交易解决方案；熟悉SAP ATP；在销售定价及MTO/MTS销售模式方面具有丰富经验；熟悉SAP TMS者优先。 Proficient in sales management processes and three-party and multi-party transaction solutions; familiar with SAP ATP; extensive experience in sales pricing and MTO/MTS sales models; familiarity with SAP TMS is preferred. 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维、业务需求分析、沟通及学习能力。 Excellent logical thinking, business requirement analysis, communication, and learning abilities. 5. 踏实敬业，能够承担工作压力。 Practical, dedicated, and able to work under pressure. 6. 具备良好的团队协作、沟通及协调能力；英语口语流利者优先。 Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills; fluent spoken English is preferred.
