About the role

Jevant Technologies is seeking a SAQ Staff member to join our team in Calabarzon on a full-time basis. This role is instrumental in supporting our surveying operations within the construction sector. As SAQ Staff, you will play a vital part in ensuring quality assurance and compliance across our surveying and construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality construction surveying services whilst working within a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of surveying tasks and data collection on construction sites in accordance with project specifications
• Support quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to surveying activities and site inspections
• Collaborate with senior surveyors and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of surveying services
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress against approved plans and specifications
• Assist in the preparation of surveying reports and documentation required for project documentation
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and best practices on construction sites
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to address queries and provide updates on surveying activities

What we're looking for

• A qualification in surveying, civil engineering, or a related construction discipline
• Knowledge of surveying techniques, tools and methodologies relevant to construction projects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting data
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction site environments and health and safety requirements
• Competency in using surveying software and measurement instruments
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Previous experience in surveying, quality assurance, or construction is advantageous
