Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office
Experience Required: 5+ years in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field
Role Overview
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a results-oriented SASE GTM Manager to support the JAPAC region within its NetSec Go-To-Market team. The successful candidate will drive strategic go-to-market programs for Prisma SASE products, helping accelerate customer acquisition, adoption, platform consolidation, cross-selling, upselling, migration, and renewals.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical capability, program execution, stakeholder management, and sales enablement. The individual will work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Channel, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to execute coordinated regional GTM initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a highly matrixed organisation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and using data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy and Program Execution
- Develop and execute repeatable GTM programs that generate demand and accelerate adoption across the SASE portfolio.
- Support customer acquisition, platform consolidation, cross-sell, upsell, migration, and renewal initiatives.
- Translate business priorities into actionable programs, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate regional initiatives to support product growth and sales objectives.
2. Market Analysis and Account Prioritisation
- Analyse market trends, installed-base data, whitespace opportunities, competitive intelligence, and sales pipeline information.
- Identify high-propensity accounts, priority use cases, target industries, and routes to market across JAPAC.
- Use data-driven insights to improve targeting, sales focus, and program effectiveness.
3. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Channel, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Align regional stakeholders around GTM priorities, timelines, execution plans, and expected outcomes.
- Identify and resolve execution barriers in a complex, matrixed business environment.
- Influence stakeholders and sales teams without relying on direct reporting authority.
4. Product Launches and Sales Enablement
- Coordinate field enablement and marketing campaigns for new product features and capabilities.
- Develop and formulate offers that support new feature launches and regional GTM motions.
- Enable sales and field teams to communicate product value and execute GTM plays effectively.
- Support large-scale enablement initiatives for product launches and strategic sales programs.
5. Data, Reporting, Automation, and AI
- Use automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve account research, content creation, program execution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
- Leverage relevant analytics and productivity tools to accelerate decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor program performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.
- Experience coordinating sales enablement, product launches, marketing campaigns, or regional sales initiatives.
