• Communicate effectively with team members and visitors in multiple languages if applicable
• Assist with event setup or logistical arrangements for weekend activities or meetings
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any issues promptly

Experience

• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages, are highly valued
