We’re Hiring! Saturday Sales & Lettings Assistant

Cannon Estates | Cirencester

Every Saturday | 9am–2pm | £15 per hour

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our busy independent estate agency in Cirencester.

This is a varied, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who is organised, personable and happy to work independently, using their own initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sales and lettings property viewings.
• Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries.
• Welcoming clients and managing appointments.
• Booking viewings and following up with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Providing feedback following viewings.
• Managing the office independently and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• A confident, friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Someone reliable, organised and proactive.
• The ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

What we offer:

• £15 per hour (£75 per Saturday).
• Regular hours every Saturday, 9am–2pm.
